When it comes to keeping your feet happy, freshness is key. If the essential oil just doesn’t cut, pay attention to the menthol crystals for an extra punch of mint freshness. These tiny crystals have an incredibly powerful aroma and can give lotions, creams, ointments and Sprays a feeling of freshness and tingling. We used Menthol crystals to make this Menthol eucalyptus foot cream, and the results were super cool.

The moisturizing ingredients in our Menthol-eucalyptus foot cream have been chosen for their proven performance in Lotion and cream recipes. Virgin coconut oil and sweet almond oil are classic natural beauty ingredients for good reason. Both carrier oils are very moisturizing without feeling too greasy. If you prefer a richer foot cream, try swapping these ingredients for something more intense like cocoa butter and avocado oil.

Organic Lavender Hydrosol

Our lavender hydrosol offers the well-known herbal benefits of lavender in a mild, water-based ingredient. Hydrosols are perfect for the production of Sprays and splashes as well as facial toners. They can also be used instead of water in lotion and cream recipes.

Organic virgin coconut oil

Virgin coconut oil is easily the most popular natural skin care ingredient of the day, offering both moisturizing and astringent benefits. This makes it an excellent Choice for all skin types, but especially beneficial for oily or Combination skin. We love the light texture and dreamy aroma of virgin coconut. It is the semi-solid texture also helps to give body to creams and lotions.

Almond oil

The light texture and soft, moisturizing quality of sweet almond oil have made it a natural skin care favorite for decades. We like to use sweet almond oil as a staple for massage, aromatherapy, lotion making and soap making.

Emulsifying Wax

Our emulsifying wax is an easy-to-use herbal wax, specially designed for the production of stable emulsions. Although the wax itself is not natural, it is made with natural ingredients and components. Emulsifying wax is a fantastic alternative to beeswax, as it usually does not need additional emulsifiers or stabilizers (like Borax) to work.

Lactobacillus Ferment

Lactobacillus ferment uses the same type of bacteria that you can find in grown foods like cucumber or Kimchi. In oil and water emulsions, Lactobacillus helps action unwanted microbes and ensure the longevity and freshness of skin care products.

Elderberry Extract

Elderberry extract is an oil-soluble liquid filled with phenols, anthocyanins and flavonols. These components have antimicrobial and antifungal properties, making elderberry extract a compelling ingredient for use in oil-based formulations and oil-water emulsions.

Bio-Menthol Crystals

The powerful aroma of menthol crystals can give formulations such as oil, alcohol or water-oil emulsions an intense explosion of actioning mint. Menthol crystals obtained from peppermint contain an impressive amount of pure Menthol, which makes them extremely powerful. Add 5-10% menthol crystals to lotions, ointments, creams and rubs to give a strong mint aroma and tactile freshness.

Organic Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil

The medicinal aroma of eucalyptus is reminiscent of muscle rubbing and massage oils. Aromatherapists often contain eucalyptus in blends designed to energize, lift and focus the mind. The stimulating scent of eucalyptus adds an extra boost to our foot cream recipe – and helps tired feet feel renewed and refreshed.
